BAFA is the UK Hub for the Europe for Festivals, Festivals for Europe (EFFE) project.

The EFFE was initiated by the European Festivals Association in 2015 to showcase those festivals across Europe which are doing the most exciting and innovative work. With the ambition to produce a comprehensive and the gold standard guide for festival and cultural tourism across Europe, additionally the EFFE aims to create a European wide coalition between festivals that share similar ambitions.
